Our staff

At CareService24 we recognise that our people are our assets and that the reputation of our business depends upon the standard of our staff. We place importance on recruitment and training of our staff, and maintain the highest of standards. If you employ our services, you know you’re investing in capable professionals.

Before any member of staff joins CareService24 we carry out:

  • Face to face interview

  • An Enhanced DBS Check

We ask for:

  • 2 satisfactory references

  • A full employment history (with any gaps explained)

  • Verification of identity

  • Work Permit status

  • Documentary evidence of all qualifications and training

     

All our successful candidates are provided with relevant up to date training programmes to ensure staff awareness, understanding and ability to deliver the quality of service we seek to achieve.

Mandatory induction training for all staff includes:

  • Moving and Handling of People

  • Health and Safety Awareness

  • COSHH Awareness

  • Dementia Awareness

  • SOVA

  • Infection Control Awareness

Additional induction training is available for Support Workers (Home Care):

Every member of the CareService24 team undergoes continuous supervision and training to ensure that they have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to meet the needs of our clients.

Because we recruit the right people and give them the right support you know you can feel secure with our staff. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, before any member of CareService24 is supplied to the Client we guarantee that:

  • We will provide a Personal Profile detailing their experience, training, confirmation of DBS check with photo prior to assignment (Residential Care)

  • All our staff have relevant and up to date training

  • We provide all our staff with an ID Badge and a CareService24 uniform
